Job description

Identify and pursue new business opportunities specifically for RedBox.

Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting to closure.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations on RedBox products and solutions.

Represent RedBox at networking events, and industry conferences.

Manage both new clients and key accounts.

Partnership & Account Management

Acquire, onboard, and manage strategic partners relevant to RedBox.

Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Lead negotiations and close strategic deals that add value to RedBox and partners.

Prepare customized proposals and business solutions for partners and clients.

Identify upselling and account expansion opportunities within the RedBox suite.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities affecting RedBox.

Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) to execute projects and deliver client solutions.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.

2–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, account management, B2B sales, financial services, hospitality, or airline/stewardess background.

Proven track record in managing strategic accounts, partnership growth, and lead conversion.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong analytical ability to forecast trends and identify growth opportunities.

High emotional intelligence and stakeholder management capabilities.

Self-motivated, dynamic, and able to work independently under pressure.

Fluent in English and Malay; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.

Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.

Comfortable with extensive travel and fieldwork.

Adaptable, fast learner, and willing to take on new challenges.
