• Plan, provide, and check nursing care and treatment as instructed by the Nursing Manager.
• Carry out the doctor's prescribed treatment and record patient conditions.
• Administer and document prescribed drugs.

Job description

To plan, provide & check nursing care and treatment, as instructed by the Nursing Manager.

To carry out the doctor's prescribed treatment to the patient, observe & record all patient’s condition, and report accordingly any adverse events to the Nursing Manager.

To check, administer, and record the administration of prescribed drugs.

To document, maintain an accurate nursing record of the patient, and ensure that all staff are aware of the patient’s conditions or any changes in treatment.

Requirements
