Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Sourcing from current and potential supplier whenever there's inquiry or needed.
2. Maintain supplier master data and supply chain related progress update.
3. Prepare and conduct QBR basic data: review criteria and scorecard, then actions follow-up.
4. Be the coordinator of the flow of goods and services from origin to destination, which involves managing inventory, forecasting demand, and optimizing logistics and transportation.
5. Developing relationships with suppliers, and negotiating contracts.

Requirement

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain operations or in areas such as inventory management, procurement, logistics, demand forecasting, and contract management is preferred.
2. Familiar with sourcing, procurement, and contract negotiation.
3. A detail-oriented approach to analyze data and presenting reports.
4. English Proficiency: TOEIC score of 700+ or equivalent
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, proficiency with supply chain software (like ERP systems)
6. Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Global Logistics, or related fields.
