Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute local and regional sales strategies to achieve assigned sales and growth targets.
  • Build, manage, and strengthen long‑term relationships with existing distributors, key accounts, and stakeholders.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through distributors, partners, and direct engagements.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates for management.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor movements.
  • Collaborate with distributors on marketing and RFI, RFQ, RFP preparation.
  • Manage existing distributor networks in Malaysia and Singapore, as well as selected end‑user accounts.
  • Drive sales growth and market penetration by developing strong partnerships with distributors, resellers, and key customers.
  • Analyze and forecast market trends, providing competitive benchmarking to support strategic decision‑making.
