A global biopharma company is seeking an Employee Relations Manager in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. You will lead HR investigations, manage employee relations activities, and provide advisory services. Ideal candidates should have 5+ years of experience in a complex environment, strong investigative skills, and fluency in English and Japanese. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence HR practices in a fast-paced setting.
As Employee Relations Manager/Professional you will be responsible to lead HR investigations and appropriate IR/ER activities across the cluster/region through management of end-to-end HR investigations, including appropriate case reporting, decision making and stakeholder management at cluster or country level. Besides, provide employee relations advisory to HR colleagues across the cluster.
