Regional Business Development Manager

This is an amazing opportunity for a talented and experienced Business Development Professional to develop the regional market in this new exciting role for an organisation that provides technical and engineering solutions to the energy sector.

As the Regional Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement and expanding business opportunities across the region. Your role will involve developing and managing relationships with both new and existing clients, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver service excellence.

This is a Hybrid role located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will be responsible for market analysis, sales, account management, market expansion, contract negotiation as well as lead branded marketing activities across the region.

This role requires travel throughout the region, engaging with customers face to face is essential for success in this role.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in a commercial management role, with a strong focus on service/project sales. A strong understanding of the business development cycle in energy related industries is essential, experience in Renewables is an advantage.

With a successful track record in business development, you will also need extensive experience managing Clients and stakeholders which includes contractors, operators, and fabricators. A strong communicator, you will have the ability to collaborate effectively and drive engagement both internally and externally.
