We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Regional Accounts & Admin Executive to join our dynamic team at BSD Consultancy Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur. In this full‑time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of our organization operations and providing administrative assistance across the group.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage a wide range of administrative duties, including checking tender open, tender document preparations, vendor registration, etc.
  • Prepare payment requests and payment voucher for the Group
  • Data entry of bills to respective entity accounts
  • Prepare A/P reconciliation with creditors (Payment Vouchers/ Accounts Payables)
  • Review claims, compile receipts and listing for management approvals.
  • Assist with the organisation and coordination of company events and functions
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of office policies and procedures
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and task completion
  • Perform data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as required
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of office processes and systems
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar accounts or administrative role, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation
  • A proactive and solutions‑oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and environments
  • Demonstrated experience in event planning and coordination is an advantage
