Qualifications

As we continue to drive the future of sustainable mobility in Malaysia, we are looking for a Front Office Receptionist who embodies professionalism, enthusiasm, and excellence in customer service to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, delivering a welcoming and premium brand experience.

Manage all front desk operations, including phone calls, visitor registration, and inquiries.

Prepare and submit daily walk-in and data reports.

Maintain the reception area to reflect our high brand standards — professional, organized, and customer-focused.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier services, and administrative support.

Assist the management team with day-to-day administrative duties as required.

Requirements

Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related fields (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a premium automotive or corporate environment.

Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners).

Presentable, customer-oriented, and confident in engaging with clients and visitors.

Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
