Job summary

A construction and design firm in Puchong is looking for a Quantity Surveyor (Executive / Senior / Manager) to manage and lead various interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, with 5 years of experience for senior roles, or be a fresh graduate for the executive role. Responsibilities include preparing budgets, sourcing contractors, and ensuring compliance with contractual records, all while training a team and committing to project deadlines.

Qualifications

Overview

Commit to the project schedule upon receiving the award of the particular projects for the whole functions of contract department from budgeting, sourcing, finalizing the supplier & contractors pricing, executing all the needed procurement, ensure deliveries on time & quality control.

To advise suitable and effective strategies, skills and method in tender pricing

Prepare pre project budget and tender documentations

Monitor all contractual record with clients and suppliers are compliant as to protect the company interest at all times

Source, negotiate and co-ordinate between suppliers, sub-contractors, manufacturers and vendors

Train & lead a team of subordinates in completing the task assigned by the Management or BOD

Commit to zero mistake on all costing and submit the tender as per the time specified by the client/consultant or BO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• For Senior & Manager role , minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in Interior Design Industry.
• Welcome Fresh Graduate for Executive Level
• Meticulousness in cost calculations and documentation.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple fit‑out projects simultaneously.
