• Source, request, and compile quotations from subcontractors.
• Prepare labour and material budgets for new projects.
• Submit monthly progress claims and final accounts.
• Process subcontractors’ payment certificates.
• Estimate and prepare quotations for variation orders.
• Carry out contract-related duties assigned by superiors.

Job description

Source, request, and compile quotations from subcontractors.

Prepare labour and material budgets for new projects.

Prepare and submit monthly progress claims and final accounts for projects.

Prepare and process subcontractors’ payment certificates.

Estimate and prepare quotations for variation orders (VOs).

Carry out any other contract-related duties assigned by superiors.
