Qualifications

• 2-4 years of working experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials.

Responsibilities

• Act as the company’s on-site representative for quality matters.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints or rejection reports.
• Prepare problem analysis reports using 8D / 5 Why / Fishbone Analysis.
• Coordinate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) with teams.
• Monitor daily quality performance at the customer site.
