The Quality Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the quality assurance and control functions within the automotive manufacturing or engineering environment.

This role ensures that products, processes, and systems meet or exceed automotive industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance.

The Quality Manager leads continuous improvement initiatives, manages quality teams, and collaborates across departments to foster a culture of quality excellence.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Certifications: Certified Quality Manager (CQE), Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or equivalent preferred.

Knowledge

• Deep understanding of automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
• Proven experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and other quality tools.
