Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections on incoming raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct visual inspections, measurements, and tests using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Record inspection results, maintain accurate documentation, and prepare quality reports.
- Identify and document non-conforming products and assist in the investigation of quality issues.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions related to quality control activities.
- Assist in the maintenance and calibration of inspection equipment.
- Participate in internal and external audits as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a QC Inspector in a relevant industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, methodologies, and documentation.
- Familiarity with quality assurance standards and regulations relevant to the industry.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects, inconsistencies, and deviations.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in using measurement tools and equipment for quality inspection purposes.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to use software applications related to quality control and documentation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work shifts, including morning and night shifts, as per company requirements.
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willing to work in Pandamaran, Selangor.
