Responsibilities
- Determining inspection protocols, define sampling procedures and determining equipment and mechanisms to be used in the inspection process.
- Perform the daily task assigned by the QC supervisor and/or production planner to achieve output targets.
- Generate inspection reports timely and precisely.
- Resolve drawing problems and customer specifications by technical knowledge.
- Assist QA in customer complaint investigation by identifying the root cause and providing recommended actions.
- Ensure operation of QC tools always in good condition and calibrated.
- Confer with customer representatives to resolve customer complaints.
- Work with a variety of departments such as engineers, production planners and designers to test and assess the quality of product output.
Quality Management System
- Adhere to QMS policies and procedures.
- Review the completeness, accuracy and validity of all entries made in the work package.
- Control and maintain the quality records and the work packages. All the documentation and records shall be legible and retained so they are readily retrievable. Retention requirements are defined in the Quality procedures.

Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (preferable).
- Can work long hours or weekends (when required).
