Job summary

A manufacturing company in Negeri Sembilan seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to coordinate the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ensure compliance with all QAQC processes. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering or Quality Management, with at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably related to plastic or pipes. Good analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also required. This role involves significant responsibility to ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in QA/QC or manufacturing environment, preferably in plastic or pipe industry.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and relevant pipe product standards.
• Able to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Coordinate and manage product audit with SIRIM & ANQAS.
• Ensure all QAQC processes, audits, and reporting activities are conducted in accordance with company procedures and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with production team for Stock Control.
• Coordinate with customer for product delivery.
• Coordinate with marketing team for factory visit or any testing inspection.
• Update and monitor daily production records.
• Review and sign QC Test Reports and Summary Test Results for production batches.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports such as DOE eSWIS, DOSH meeting minutes (once every 3 months), production batch summaries, and stock audits.

Qualifications
