Job description

Responsibilities

1. Build a strong Quality and Reliability organization to meet and exceed customer quality requirements through on job training, retention, and development.
2. To take effective role, lead, and control of Quality Department Function.
3. To ensure all employees comply to QMS (ISO 9001) as well as customer specific requirement, by adhering to the company’s quality’s policy and procedures.
4. Engage with Customer on Quality Issues (8D, PCAR, Audits and etc).
5. Lead and monitor product quality performance, take necessary action to meet the set target.
6. Prepare periodical reports for customers and lead the monthly quality meeting.
7. Generate Quality Plan, controls plan, procedures, work instruction for overall quality control and coordinate on effective implementation for such plans, procedures, or instructions.
8. Ensure failure analysis and evaluations are carried out satisfactory to identify the root cause and drive for closure of corrective actions for internal / external CA. Recommend and initiate continual improvement measures.
9. Conduct briefing to Executive, supervisor and inspectors on daily production and quality issues.
10. Responsible for QA documentation, ISO related documents and procedure for the business line.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering / quality management or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of working experience in the QA/QC.
• Experience managing in ISO certification, lead auditor and QMS requirement.
• Good discipline and attitude.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills, decision-making skills, and attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, customers, and suppliers.
• Possess own transportation.
