Responsibilities

• Lead QA operations and ensure compliance with ISO & customer standards.
• Prepare and maintain Control Plans, SOPs, WI, 8D & CAPA reports.
• Approve first-piece samples and monitor inspection results (IQC, IPQC, OQC).
• Work with production & engineering teams to resolve issues using 5M method.
• Train and support QA inspectors, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Support QA Engineer in daily quality activities.
• Monitor product quality and review inspection reports.
• Supervise and guide QC Inspectors & Leaders.
• Conduct training, daily quality checks, and shift meetings.
• Drive corrective actions & maintain 5S in work area.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–3 years’ QA experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of QA tools and systems.
• Problem-solving, documentation & leadership skills.
• Minimum SPM (Diploma preferred).
• 2+ years’ experience in QA/QC (manufacturing).
• Able to lead and supervise QA teams.
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
• Flexible to work shifts and overtime.
• 5.5-day work week with alternate Saturdays off.
