Role Description
  • Handle purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Apply for, renew, and monitor sales tax and duty exemption matters to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, delivery terms, and contractual conditions to achieve cost efficiency and reliability.
  • Prepare and compile invoice summaries for submission to the Accounts Department.
  • Source and evaluate new suppliers to improve cost competitiveness, product quality, and service performance.
  • Participate in purchasing-related activities in compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records related to purchasing activities.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related field.
  • Education: Candidate must possess at least SPM / Higher Secondary / STPM / Pre-U / Professional Certificate / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (both spoken and written), as the role requires frequent communication with clients and suppliers from China and Hong Kong.

  • Mobility: Must possess own transport.
