Job Title: Property Supervisor cum Admin

Department: Property Management

Reports To: Property Manager

The Property Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of a property. This includes tasks such as leasing and managing properties, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and managing tenant relations. He/ she is responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks associated with the management of a property. The Property Supervisor must have a strong understanding of real estate law and regulations, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
