The ideal candidate will have at least an SPM and 1 year of relevant experience in the property industry. Duties include customer service, participating in promotional events, and maintaining sales presentation areas. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the property industry or related field.
• Experience in the properties industry is an advantage.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets and overall business objectives.
• Promote the company's projects and attend customer inquiries.
• Participate in sales launches and promotional events.
• Prepare leads report and ensure proper recording in CRM.
• Maintain presentation areas and assist real estate agencies.
• Conduct market research to improve sales delivery.
