Job summary

A property development company located in Shah Alam is seeking an experienced Assistant/Manager of Marketing. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of Sales & Marketing experience in the property sector, with proven documentation skills and the ability to handle various marketing activities. Responsibilities include driving marketing efforts, liaising with relevant ministries, and managing social media accounts. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential, and knowledge of Mandarin would be an advantage.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within Property Development.
  • Strong documentation skills and willingness to travel to Setia Alam.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in preparing sales reports, marketing plans, product launches and market research.
  • Experience liaising with ministries, real estate agencies, creative agencies, media and suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Senior Manager of Sales & Marketing to drive marketing activities.
  • Liaise with ministry on application and renewal of Developer License and Advertising Permit.
  • Prepare sales report and administrative tasks related to sales and marketing.
  • Conduct competitors’ analysis and market survey.
  • Manage the Company’s social media accounts and marketing activities.
