WHO we are looking for:

• PMP qualification or equivalent.
• Experience of working in a SaaS environment
• Experience in managing project team for least 5 years
• Knowledge of initiation, change management, risk management, and the principles and practicalities of running projects.
• Proven experience of Microsoft applications.
• Proven experience in managing training related workstreams or projects will be advantages
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
• Manages own and others workload.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong area.

WHAT you will be doing;

• Achieves profitability and customer satisfaction on projects through astute commercial management
• Develop, build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally in order to achieve project objectives.
• Produce management reports through relevant tools to provide up to date information on project progress.
• Produce required project documentation to enable successful project outcomes.
• Coordinate and plan resource requirements to ensure project outcome deadlines are adhered to.
• Compliance with Projects Practice lifecycle to ensure best practice.
• Typically responsible for projects between RM 100K to 1 Mil project value.
• Act in accordance with company Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events or other Security risks to the organisation.
