Job summary

A leading construction firm in Johor Bahru is looking for a detailed-oriented Construction Project Manager. You will lead the execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety requirements. The ideal candidate will have at least 8–12 years of experience in construction project management and a strong background in leadership. Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Project and AutoCAD is required. This role emphasizes stakeholder communication and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8–12 years of construction project management experience with site leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage full project lifecycle including cost, schedule, quality, and safety.
  • Experience with data centers preferred.

Job description

Supervise site teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.

Conduct site inspections, resolve technical or operational issues, and enforce HSE compliance.

项目风险管理Project Risk Analysis

·识别项目实施过程中可能存在的技术、财务、运营及环境风险,制定应对方案。
Identify project-related risks(technical, financial, operational, and environmental) and develop mitigation strategies.

·维护并定期更新项目风险登记表。
Maintain and regularly update a project risk register throughout the project lifecycle.

·与内外部顾问合作,推动项目全过程风险管理。
Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure proactive risk management.

客户与多方关系管理 Client & Stakeholder Management

·担任客户、顾问及监管机构的主要联络窗口。
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

·确保与项目相关方持续、清晰沟通,解决冲突与误解。
Ensure clear and continuous communication with all project stakeholders to maintain alignment and resolve disputes.

·准备并提交项目进度报告、变更说明与风险通报。
Prepare and deliver progress reports, variation justifications, and risk updates to stakeholders.

·确保客户满意度,提升客户复购与合作机会。
Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.

能力要求Competency

·土木工程、建筑管理或相关专业本科学历。
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or related field.

·具有8–12年建筑项目管理经验,具备施工现场领导和成本控制的成功案例。
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in construction project management, with proven success in site-based leadership and cost control.

·能够独立管理项目全周期,包括成本、进度、质量和安全。
Demonstrated ability to manage full project lifecycle, including cost, schedule, quality, and safety.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
