Job description

Lead and manage all civil, structural, and infrastructure works.

Plan, coordinate and monitor project execution in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, schedules and budgets.

Provide technical leadership and problem-solving for complex site and engineering issues.

Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.

Manage project risks, changes and claims, ensuring minimal impact to cost and schedule.

Oversee contractor performance to ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards.

Chair and participate in project meetings, progress reviews and technical discussions.

Ensure timely submission of reports, progress updates and documentation.

Support contract administration including evaluation of progress claims, variations and final accounts.

Ensure compliance with local authority and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in civil, structural and infrastructure works for sizable development projects.
• Proven experience managing large-scale developments (township, industrial, infrastructure, or mixed-use projects).
• Strong technical knowledge in civil, structural and infrastructure design and construction.
• Familiarity with Malaysian standards, authority requirements and construction practices.
• Excellent leadership, coordination and communication skills.
