Job description

As a Project Manager at LEE & YONG ALUMINIUM SDN. BHD., you will play a vital role in overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinating and managing cross-functional teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure seamless project execution
• Attend client/Architect/Consultant meeting.
• Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Communicating regularly with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates and address any concerns
• Ensuring projects adhere to all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards
• Preparing and presenting detailed project reports, including financial statements and performance metrics
• Continuously seeking opportunities to improve project efficiency and effectiveness
• Perform any other job responsibilities assigned by the management as and when required.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
