Qualifications
  • College degree or above; major in Engineering, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in factory setup, engineering projects, or manufacturing; strong fresh graduates may be considered
  • Basic understanding of factory setup processes or project management is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office with good documentation and data organization skills
  • Good communication and coordination skills; able to work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong sense of responsibility, execution ability, and attention to detail
  • Willing to travel, work on-site, and support overtime during critical project phases
Responsibilities
  • Assist in factory setup projects, including planning, construction, equipment installation, and start-up activities
  • Support project scheduling, progress tracking, and preparation of reports and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external parties such as contractors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Assist in equipment procurement follow-up, delivery tracking, and on-site acceptance
  • Support on-site activities during installation, commissioning, and trial production phases
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain project-related documents and records
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the factory setup or project manager
  • 5.5 working days per week
  • 13th month salary and performance-based incentive bonus
