• Assists in preparation of final accounts and measurements.
• Prepares Bills of Quantities allocated by Senior Team Leader.

Project Executive (QS) / Senior Project Executive (QS)

Required to perform quantity surveying duties necessary for the efficient operation of the office.

Responsibilities

1. Handles and runs projects under close monitoring and supervision of Senior Assistant Technical Director/Assistant Technical Director/Senior Team Leader [SATD/ATD/STL].
2. Assists SATD/ATD/STL in day-to-day duties on all projects handled.
3. Attends all Project Co-ordination, Technical or Site Meetings of projects under their care.
4. Assist in preparation of final accounts, measurement of variations, measurement of Bills of Quantities.
5. Assist in preparation of Bills of Quantities allocated by SATD/ATD/STL/TL.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

1. Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
2. Independent and a self-starter.
3. Proficient in English and Bahasa.
4. Fresh graduate or minimum 2 years relevant working experience except candidate with exceptional qualities.
