Plan, coordinate, and execute automotive engineering projects from initiation to completion

Support new model introduction, model change, facelift, and improvement projects

Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, SHE, Procurement, Suppliers

Prepare project schedules, timelines, and progress reports

Monitor project cost, timeline, and technical compliance

Support equipment installation, line modification, testing, and commissioning activities

Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards, safety, and regulatory requirements

Identify project risks and implement mitigation actions

Participate in trial runs, pilot builds, and mass production readiness

Maintain proper project documentation, drawings, and records

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronic / Automotive / Industrial or equivalent)
  • Minimum 1–3 years experience in automotive or manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes (Body, Paint, Trim & Final, or Powertrain)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Basic project management and coordination skills
  • Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, PLC Programming knowledge is an advantage
  • Willing to work on-site and support project timelines
Added Advantage
  • Experience in New Model Introduction (NMI) or model change projects
  • Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or continuous improvement
  • Familiarity with SHE and quality systems (ISO / IATF)
