Hercules Engineering (SEA) Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in Sungai Buloh, Selangor. As a Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our engineering projects, contributing to the overall growth and success of our company. This is a full‑time position based in our Sungai Buloh office.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage and oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of engineering projects from inception to completion
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and deadlines are maintained
• Conduct technical reviews and provide engineering solutions to address project challenges
• Prepare and review project documentation, including budgets, progress reports, and change orders
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure effective coordination and integration of project activities
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed
• Participate in the development and implementation of project management best practices

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Engineering Civil or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry
• Strong technical skills and the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and related documents
• Proficient in project management tools and techniques, including scheduling, cost control, and risk management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders
