Job Description:

As a Project Coordinator, you will oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations on various job sites. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution
  • Coordinate timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Maintain project documentation, contracts, permits, and drawings
  • Facilitate communication between consultants, contractors, and internal teams
  • Attend meetings and prepare progress reports
  • Review drawings for accuracy and report inconsistencies
  • Support design intent through documentation and construction phases

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma or Degree in (Project Management is a plus)
  • Able to read construction drawings
  • Strong communication, leadership & problem-solving skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Own transport & valid driver’s license (GDL added advantage)
