Job summary

A leading project management firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced project administrator to support project operations. The role involves organizing documentation, managing project rosters, and providing administrative assistance to the management team. Qualifications

Experience, Competence, Skills & Knowledge:

At least three years of experience in project or site administration, preferably in construction, mining, or infrastructure projects.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Workflow and SuccessFactors experience is preferred.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to handle various aspects of project administration.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Experience working in remote environments. Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and project requirements.

Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.

Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
