JPC MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Kedah. This full‑time role will provide vital administrative support to our operations, ensuring the smooth running of our office. As an integral member of our team, you will contribute to the overall success of the organisation.

What you’ll be doing
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document organization.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other project‑related documents.
  • Maintain office supplies and daily inventory for project operations.
  • Provide assistance with special assignments and ad‑hoc tasks as required.
  • Support the project team in document circulation, progress tracking, and internal communication coordination.
We are looking for candidates who possess:
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to multitask effectively;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Mandarin, Malay, and English to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in work;
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of responsibilities;
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
