  • Supervise and coordinate factory staff, including operators and line workers, ensuring proper task allocation and workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure all production activities comply with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Identify operational issues, propose improvements, and implement corrective actions to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations.
  • Train and mentor staff to improve skills, awareness, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
