Job description

Responsibilities

Make production plan, arrange production tasks reasonably and ensure production progress.

Manage product quality and ensure product qualification rate.

Handle site emergencies and solve abnormal problems in the production process.

Implementation of 5S management in production site.

Follow up production orders and feedback related problems, communicate and coordinate with other related departments to deal with abnormal situations.

Cost Control

Optimize the production process, improve the utilization rate of raw materials and auxiliary materials, and reduce the loss of production materials.

Reasonable allocation of personnel positions according to the plan to reduce labor costs.

Quality Management

Manage daily production quality issues, analyze and improve quality issues.

Supervise the handling of daily product quality abnormalities and the implementation of problem points.

Staff safety training and production safety management.

Do a good job in the construction of workshop personnel and personnel training.

Other Work

• Warehouse management: regular inventory to ensure the consistency of accounts and materials.
• Equipment management: daily equipment check.
• Other work arranged by the leader.

Requirements

• Work experience: 5‑10 years working experience in manufacturing industry, with rich experience in production management, cost control, quality management and logistics management.
• Computer level: skilled use of Office Software, WORD/EXCEL/PPT.
• Foreign language proficiency: Proficiency in English, Chinese and Malay.
  • Chinese – 10 (spoken), 10 (written)
• Other skill requirements:

• Strong ability in planning, organization, coordination, approval and execution.
• Have good digital analysis ability.
• Have deep knowledge and practical experience in cost budget, control and production coordination.
