We are looking for a Production Planning & Operations Manager to serve as the command center of our factory. This role ensures production runs smoothly, efficiently, and according to plan, optimizing Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD). You will oversee production volumes, schedules, manpower, and materials across all processes—from order to shipment—while leading a team to achieve operational excellence.
Production Planning & Control
Oversee total production planning and day‑to‑day operational management.
Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and identify bottlenecks.
Provide recommendations for capacity shortages or excesses.
Lead weekly and monthly master production schedule meetings.
Operational Leadership
Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and QCD optimization.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve operational issues.
Proactively anticipate challenges, enforce decisions, and mitigate risks early.
Team Management
Lead and manage departmental staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Mentor, coach, and motivate team members to achieve high performance.
Prepare necessary reports for management review.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Perform ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Bachelor’s or Professional Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years’ managerial experience, preferably in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management and production planning.
Highly developed analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to make effective decisions under pressure.
