Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Malaysia is seeking a skilled professional for daily production planning. You will monitor production output to meet customer needs and ensure quality, coordinate with Sales and Marketing, and manage the supply chain of feedstock. The ideal candidate holds a degree in business administration, supply chain, or engineering, and has at least 2 years of experience in production planning. Proficiency in production planning fundamentals and excellent communication skills are essential.

Job description

Responsible for daily production planning based on budgeted plan

Monitor daily production output, to ensure it meets customer requirements and quality

Coordinate with Sales and Marketing on meeting sales demand against plant capacity

Monitor the supply chain of feed stock within the group of companies

Timely, quality and volume planning in meeting each plant's utilization

Coordinate with feed supply for each plant on timely raw material forecast

Monitor storage capacity to ensure sufficient raw material and product storage

Coordinate with with S&M / Finance / Supply Chain department to monitor the compliance on RSPO, ISCC mass-balance and other certification mass balance requirement.

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess a least Degree in any discipline such as business admin, supply chain, logistics, any engineering discipline or equivalent
• At least 2 years working experiences in production planning in manufacturing environment
• Good knowledge of production planning fundamentals, scheduling, materials requirements planning techniques and manufacturing control systems
• Candidate with knowledge in SAP, ISO, RSPO and ISCC is preferred
• Excellent soft skills and able to communicate at all levels
