Qualifications

• More than 3 years experience in production planning, line coordination, or manufacturing is preferred.
• Familiar with ERP/MES systems (SAP/Oracle) is an advantage.
• Required to support weekend duty on a rotational basis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily and weekly production schedules based on customer demand and capacity.
• Monitor WIP movement, bottlenecks, and production progress.
• Ensure all stakeholders receive updated production plans and priority lists.
