What you'll be doing

Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and business objectives

Analyse production data and identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies

Monitor production activities and troubleshoot issues to ensure on-time delivery and product quality

Provide technical support and training to production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

Contribute to the development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering
