Job description

We are seeking a Product Manager for the telecommunications industry. This is an experienced role that works with customers and account executives to develop strategies that deliver business results, based on a deep understanding of industry customer needs, trends, and available offerings.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with the sales team to understand customer needs, conduct site surveys and network assessments, and develop product domain or scenario-based solutions, including network design, bidding, and quotation.
• Communicate with product, delivery services, and other relevant departments to ensure that the solution is supported from order placement to delivery.
• Support the sales team in solution design, quotation consultation, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), pre-sales testing, and communication with customers to ensure successful business delivery.
• Present and interpret technical and solution-related proposals to key customers.
• Identify the needs of key customers and design overall solutions according to customer requirements, ensuring that these needs are incorporated into the product delivery.

Skill Requirements

• Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Networks, or a related field.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have the ability to analyze and solve problems, and quickly understand business and technical requirements.
• Strong ability to learn, self-management skills and the ability to work independently.
