A leading procurement firm in Malaysia is looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage supplier bill tracking, payment applications, and daily maintenance of information. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of procurement experience and strong communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Malay. Familiarity with SAP and a background in Supply Chain or E-commerce will be an advantage. The role involves handling contracts and occasionally traveling for business.
Strong learning and self-study ability, flexibility, able to communicate with internal and external parties, fluent in Mandarin and English, strong sense of responsibility;
Proficient in computer office software; relevant experience in data analysis is preferred;
Responsible for supplier bill tracking, payment application, and daily information maintenance;
Responsible for handling the creation, expansion, and modification of SAP system materials;
Responsible for procurement contract printing, sealing, mailing, recycling, and expiration reminders;
Other tasks assigned by the superior.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or any related field.
At least 1 year of procurement experience;
Able to communicate in Chinese (mainly), English, and Malay.
Own transportation will be an advantage;
Able to accept occasional off-site business travel;
Proficient in office equipment and computers;
Strong execution ability, communication, and coordination skills;
Candidates with experience in Supply Chain, E-commerce, or Import & Export industries will have an advantage.
