We are looking for an experienced and passionate Preschool Principal / Manager to lead our preschool operations and academic programs. This role combines educational leadership with operational management to ensure a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment for preschool children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily preschool operations and ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements
  • Lead, mentor, and manage teaching and support staff
  • Ensure high standards of curriculum implementation and child development outcomes
  • Build strong relationships with parents and maintain excellent communication
  • Manage enrolment, staffing schedules, and basic budgeting
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and positive learning environment
  • Handle administrative duties, reporting, and audits as required
  • Drive continuous improvement in teaching quality and school performance
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a preschool leadership or management role
