Qualifications

• 3–5 years in premium hospitality, wellness/spa, clinic, airline lounge, or luxury retail.
• Friendly, warm, natural smile; calm under pressure; impeccable etiquette and grooming.
• Excellent English; Bahasa Malaysia required; Mandarin an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet & host members; offer brief tours; anticipate needs with discretion.
• Manage check-ins, bookings, WhatsApp/calls, payments/POS, receipt issuance.
• Maintain accurate schedules and CRM; prepare concise daily reports and handovers.
