Job Description

• Implement Kidana’s movement-based & play-based curriculum for children aged 2–6.
• Facilitate daily routines, learning activities and movement sessions (Brain Gym, sensory play).
• Observe, assess and document children’s development.
• Guide children’s behaviour with empathy and professionalism.
• Create a safe, structured and nurturing classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s progress.
• Work collaboratively with the teaching team and follow Kidana SOPs.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or currently pursuing).
• Experience in preschool / childcare is an advantage.
• Passion for child development and early learning.
• Patient, warm and emotionally stable.
• Willing to learn and grow with a structured teaching system.
