A childcare center in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced leader to manage operations and enhance student enrolment. The role requires a Masters or Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or Psychology, and a minimum of 7 years in the childcare or education sector with at least 2 years in a managerial position. Baby Atelier Childcare Centre – Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur
Develop strategies to increase the enrolment and retention of students at the branch
Attend prospective parents' inquiries and arrange for school tours
Participate in various marketing/branding activities through social medial to increase brand awareness and student enrolments
Build and maintain positive relationships with parents through effective communication strategies.
Strive to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and lead the team to achieve all performance indicators
Leadership and Resource Planning
Provide leadership to ensure that the highest quality standards are consistently maintained in the execution of Baby Atelier's curriculum
Coach and train educators, supporting them to appropriately monitor, assess, document, evaluate every child's learning and development.
Arrange and monitor attendance, performance, and punctuality of all the educators in the branch
Create and lead all educators towards a high-performance culture
Responsible for the overall branch operations including branch administration
Ensure that the school facilities are clean and well-maintained, upholding Baby Atelier's safety and hygiene standards at all times
Ensure compliance by parents and students to all the standard operating procedures especially infection control and sickness management
Responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of the school facilities
Job Requirement:
Masters and Bachelors Degree in the field of Early Childhood Education or Psychology
Minimum 7 years experience in the childcare, education, or kindergarten setting with no less than 2 years in managerial capacity
Strong communication and inter-personal skills
Good organization and people management skills
Able to speak proficiently in English and Mandarin (to handle foreign students from China)
