Job summary

A manufacturing company is seeking a Procurement Executive in Penang, Malaysia. You will manage procurement processes to support manufacturing and logistics operations. Job description

As a Procurement Executive at BizLink Technology (S.E.A) Sdn. Bhd., you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's manufacturing and logistics operations. Based in Perai, Penang, this full‑time position will involve managing the procurement processes to ensure timely and cost‑effective acquisition of materials and services.

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for reviewing customer Purchase Order and committing the Sales Department for the delivery date in Sales Order Detail.
• Responsible for releasing Work Order upon receiving Sales Order Detail from the Sales Department.
• Responsible for providing Production Schedule to production.
• Responsible for updating Material Shortage Report, advising quantity order request and working closely with Buyer for raw material delivery date.
• Responsible for issuing Material Issue Note (MIN) to Warehouse for preparing material for Production.
• Ensure work orders are completed in a timely, accurate manner; monitor material fulfillment and WIP utilization.
• Responsible for implementing production planning and monitoring production output to meet customer requirements and delivery dates.
• Address any issues arising from issuance of raw material; resolve excess issues, investigate reasons, and create systems to minimize recurrence.
• Authorized not to create work order if no Sales Order.
• Authorized to not accept customer pull‑in if at full capacity and to hold production line if receiving notice ECN or Non‑Conformance.

What we're looking for
