You will also manage existing customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

• Identify and target new business opportunities in the market.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Generate leads through various channels including networking, referrals, cold calling, and industry events.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Present and demonstrate products to potential customers.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
