Job description

Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.

Maintain documentation, formulation logs, and quality-control records.

Oversee and train pharmacy technicians.

Ensure proper maintenance of compounding equipment and a clean, compliant workspace.

Communicate with prescribers and patients regarding formulations and usage.

Manage inventory of APIs, excipients, and compounding supplies.
