Job summary

A leading financial services provider in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Personal Financial Consultant to promote Wealth, Loans, and Bancassurance products. Responsibilities include providing tailored financial advice, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to sales targets. The ideal candidate will have at least a Diploma and experience in a branch environment, complemented by strong marketing skills and the capability to engage with diverse customers effectively. Opportunities for advancement exist for those with relevant licenses.

Personal Financial Consultant (Nationwide)

To promote and professionally sell a wide range of Wealth, Loans & Bancassurance products to the Bank’s existing and potential customers.

To provide professional advice and on appropriate financial products based on customer needs.

To ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent after sales service.

To plan and implement sales activities related to branch products.

To act promptly on all leads and follow up activities.

To achieve individual sales target and contribute towards the achievement of the branch target.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field.

Minimum 1 year of working experience in the branch environment will be added advantage.

Result oriented, passionate with marketing and willing to adopt to new things.

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Ability to deliver high quality customer service to external and internal customers.

Possess good interpersonal skill and able to actively interact with all levels of customers.

Candidate with full Insurance and UT license (FIMM) & banca licenses will have an added advantage.
