Job description

Deliver sales target for lending products, unit trust, deposit and bancassurance,.

Understand customer needs and provide financial solutions.

Manage and enquiry on branch products and services and attend to customer's complaints.

Ensure sales and services rendered to the customers comply with internal/external policies, guidelines and regulations.

Build and maintain business relationship with existing customer to ensure customer retention and cross-selling opportunities.

Responsible for branch performance by providing own sales and cross-selling of the branch products and to provide support to branch staff on product knowledge.

Plan sales activities with branch manager, to ensure compliance with AmBank's policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
  • At least 3 - 5 years of sales experience in Financial Institutions
  • Candidate with insurance license in FIMM / PCEIA Life & General / CELLI / TBE / Private Retirement Scheme would be an added advantage
