We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the Director at Filter Man Supply Sdn Bhd. The role involves supporting the director with day‑to‑day management, project coordination and strategic planning to help achieve company goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive day‑to‑day integration, coordination, processing and management support to the director, arranging and coordinating meetings, travel and work schedules.
- Follow up on the project progress of various departments and report to the director in a timely manner.
- Assist in formulating and executing the company's strategic plan to ensure the achievement of company goals.
- Have an in‑depth understanding of the company's business and be able to provide data and insights needed for decision‑making.
- Compile and organize all the information required by relevant industries; be able to overseas travelling when necessary.
- Coordinate collaboration between different departments, internal and external contacts and communications, and promote teamwork and efficiency improvement.
- Based on the opinions of the director, be responsible for convening company office meetings, keeping meeting minutes and organizing meeting minutes.
- Able to handle and solve daily operational problems and report to the director in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and industry ethics.
- Good communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with external partners and customers; do a good job in important meetings and guest reception.
- Other matters arranged by the director.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor, master or higher degree in management, economics, marketing or related majors are preferred.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience. Applicants with experience in assistant to the president or senior administrative positions will be given priority.
- Training experience: Received training in strategic management, management capability development, project management, innovation management, etc.
- Have excellent organizational and coordination skills, able to handle multiple tasks and complete them on time.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good sense of teamwork, and ability to integrate, coordinate, deploy, and combine resources.
- Have keen insight and in-depth business understanding of the industry, and be able to provide effective decision‑making suggestions.
- Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office, etc.
- Applicants with business and financial knowledge and experience in project management will be given priority.
- Have good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills and be able to handle cross‑cultural communication.
